Details Cont'd: southern breezes and low, white vapor clouds beginning in the early morning hours remaining throughout the day. It appeared in full view for a few moments above the tree line, from a large cloud formation, traveling at jet speed. At first glance, it resembled a runaway hot air balloon when bright silver-white lights began to flash from the bottom half , when the sun reflected its sterling silver color. No sound was heard. It kept on a north/north west direction until it disappeared into a billowing cloud formation.
